Using these terms

These terms are the agreement between you and the owner of Lead Flow (the app at https://leadflowapp.co.uk) whenever you use it. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app — you can stop at any time and nothing is owed.

The app is free to use, there is no contract to sign, no card, no notice period, and nothing to cancel.

What the app does

Lead Flow reads the unread emails in the Gmail account you connect, looks for the pattern you set, pulls the lead details out of the matching messages, and writes them as a new row in the Google Sheet you choose.

It only runs when you tell it to. It does not send email, make phone calls, or act on your behalf in any way.

The app is a helper, not a lawyer or an accountant: the details it copies should always be checked by you before you act on them.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your Google sign-in secure, and do not share your password or let others use your account.

Use the app for your own business. Do not create accounts to impersonate someone else or to get around a limit.

You can stop using the app whenever you like, and can ask for your account and its data to be deleted by emailing lailaswords11@gmail.com.

Your data and your responsibilities

Everything the app copies — your leads, your sheet, your emails — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.

You decide which mailbox and which sheet the app touches, and you are responsible for what is in them. That includes making sure you are allowed to collect and keep the lead details you process, and that you tell your customers what you do with them.

Do not use the app to collect other people's email addresses without their permission, or to build lists for sending unsolicited marketing.

Fair use

Please use the app the way it is meant to be used. Do not try to break into it, damage it, overload it on purpose, or use it to harm other people or their data.

If we have to, we can limit or close an account that is clearly being used to abuse the app or other people — we will always tell you why first where we reasonably can.

No guarantees

The app is provided free of charge, so it is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, that it will always catch every lead, or that every detail it reads will be perfect. Emails come in many shapes, and sometimes the app will get one wrong or miss one.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the owner of Lead Flow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the app, including leads that were missed, delayed or copied incorrectly. The practical safety net is simple: the leads are in your own sheet, so you always have them.

Changes and interruptions

Because the app is free, we may add, change, or switch off features as time goes on, and the site may occasionally be down for maintenance or outside our control. We will keep the app as dependable as we can.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and its date, and point it out in the app.

Google's rules too

When you connect Gmail or Google Sheets, you are also dealing with Google, so Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to those services and to your Google account.

Lead Flow's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any question about them would be handled there.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
