Privacy Policy

Who we are

Lead Flow ("we", "us") is a web app at https://leadflowapp.co.uk that copies lead details from your Gmail into a Google Sheet you choose. It is run by the owner of the app, who can be reached at lailaswords11@gmail.com.

This policy covers the Lead Flow website and app only. It does not cover Google's own services, which are governed by Google's privacy policy.

What we collect when you sign in

When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with Lead Flow. We use these to create your account, show you which account you are signed in as, and keep your leads and settings separate from everyone else's.

We never see or store your Gmail password. Google handles sign-in and hands us a short-lived permission token instead.

What we read from your Gmail and Google Sheets

Gmail is only read when you ask for it — when you press "Check my inbox". Lead Flow searches the unread messages in your connected mailbox for the pattern you set, reads the matching messages, and pulls out the lead details: name, postcode, address, phone number and the time the email arrived.

Google Sheets is used for one thing: writing those lead details into the sheet you pasted a link to. Lead Flow does not download, copy or analyse the rest of your spreadsheet.

We do not read your contacts, your drive files, your calendar, or any mailbox you have not connected. We do not send email as you.

What we store, and where

In our own database we keep: your account (name and email), your settings (the search pattern and the sheet link), and a record of each lead we have processed — the details above, plus whether it reached your sheet and when.

This lives on servers provided to us by our hosting and database provider, protected by sign-in, encrypted connections and access rules that keep each account's data apart from every other account's.

Once a lead is in your sheet, that copy belongs to your Google account and is managed by you, not us.

What we never do

We never sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not use the content of your emails to train anything.

We do not run advertising trackers or marketing pixels on the site, and we do not send you promotional email. Email from us exists only to do the job you asked for, such as a sign-in link.

The app is free, so there is no reason for us to trade on your data — and we do not.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Lead Flow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In practice: we only use Gmail and Sheets data for the one feature you connected it for, we ask your permission before accessing it, we do not share it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your controls

Disconnect Gmail or Sheets any time from Settings — that revokes our access immediately, and the app stops reading.

You can delete individual leads in the app, and you can ask us to delete your whole account and everything attached to it by emailing lailaswords11@gmail.com. We will confirm once it is done.

You can also revoke Lead Flow's access from your Google account permissions page, and delete the leads in your own sheet.

Because the app is offered in the UK, you have UK GDPR rights: access, correction, erasure, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

How long we keep things

Your account and processed leads stay while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete the data attached to it.

Permission tokens are kept only as long as they are valid, and are thrown away when you disconnect.

Security and children

The site is served over HTTPS, sign-in is required to see any of your data, and our own screens never show a customer's name, address or phone number that we have not been given by that account's owner.

Lead Flow is a business tool and is not intended for children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be announced in the app.
